By using flighttoz.com or booking through Flight to Z, you agree to these terms.

Our role

Flight to Z is a travel booking service. We arrange flights on your behalf with airlines and their partners. Your journey is operated by the airline and is subject to the airline's own conditions of carriage and fare rules.

Prices and quotes

• The website does not show fares. Our team sends quotes on request by WhatsApp or email; a quote is not a confirmed offer.
• The final price, including taxes and fees, is confirmed by our team before you pay.
• Airline fares change frequently; a price is guaranteed only once the ticket is issued.

Coupons and promotions

Discounts and coupon codes (such as FirstFlight15) apply to eligible bookings only, cannot be combined unless stated, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

Your responsibilities

• Give passenger names exactly as on the passport or ID used for travel.
• Hold valid passports, visas, transit visas and health documents for your trip.
• Check in on time and follow airline baggage rules.

Changes and cancellations

Changes and cancellations follow the airline's fare rules plus any service fee we disclose. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Limitation of liability

We are not responsible for airline schedule changes, delays, cancellations, denied boarding, lost baggage or events beyond our control. Claims for these are handled under the airline's conditions and applicable law; we will help you raise them.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to bookings made after it is posted.
